Product & Data Analyst


  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to product usage, user behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for products success and track progress against goals.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Work closely with the product team to define and prioritize product requirements based on user insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and data analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and support data to identify areas for product improvement and enhance user experience.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in course.
  • With 1-2 year(s) work experience with product management methodologies and frameworks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office formula such as Excel, Words, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Average knowledge with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Excellent in both oral & written English communication.
  • Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours.
  • Flexible, can work during weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati.
