Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Track campaigns in various media platforms
  • Grow marketing channels with the most successful results
  • Understand optimization team goals & objectives
  • Implement and execute social media and marketing channels
  • Improve conversion rates by optimizing the customer journey and landing page performance
  • Identify and monitor marketing channels and KPIs to reach goals
  • Content creation and microsite as marketing support
  • Perform competitive research to understand market trends and incorporate findings into campaigns
  • Perform tasks and duties related to Digital Marketing as assigned

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, or any related course
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with Digital, Content, Event, and Product Marketing
  • Profound knowledge of web analytics tools and suite of Google
  • Able to do content creation in WordPress/Blog CMS
  • Knowledge in basic SEO and tools, Social Media Marketing, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
  • Excellent in both oral & written English communication
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Result-driven and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be keen on details with a strong sense of urgency
  • Can multi-task, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours
  • Flexible, can work during weekends and holidays
  • Able to work on a shifting schedule
  • Must be willing to work in Makati
